Tara Quinn is an experienced certified professional coach, facilitator, and speaker with a passion for empowering her clients to transform their lives and careers through science-based wellness practices and professional development work.

Tara holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) distinction through the International Coach Federation, a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification through CTI, and has completed advanced training in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) through CRR Global and Advanced NeuroTransformative Coaching through BEabove Leadership. She is a graduate of the prestigious Co-Active Training Institute and has also completed CTI’s intensive year-long Leadership Development Program, now serving as a member of their Faculty of Organizational Coaching.
